Well its Christmas day, as I have been saying for a few weeks "It just doesn't feel like Christmas" but what does Christmas feel like? I think as kids the excitement is so big as we wait for gifts and such but as we get older our excitement fades. This year I was thinking I would have to spend Christmas alone as I have to work the day after and couldn't go home. I was not looking forward to it! A few questions came to mind, we always say Christ is enough but do we really mean it?!? If today you had no family to spend the day with no gifts to give or receive would it still be a good Christmas for you? We say Christmas is all about Christ birth but what are we doing for Him on His birthday? What makes Christmas, Christmas? Are the words we say what we really mean from our heart? This Christmas as I'm challenged to refocus I ask that you will do the same. Hope you have a great day celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior!
Oh an by the way my Christmas present this year was my family came to visit!!
